Recording - the use of departmental assessment sheets

A group list for each unit of work is provided at the beginning of the year.

This list can be used as a register on the reverse but also serves to record

  • progress
  • attainment
  • effort
  • homework
  • NC levels
  • Commendations

    • The completed sheet should be handed to Jan Swanson-Low who will transfer the NC levels onto a spreadsheet for statistical analysis.

    Reporting

    Pupils will receive interim and full reports at various times during the year.

    Teachers are responsible for completing these reports for the group they are currently teaching. Both interim and full reports are computerised and the assessment sheets serve to provide useful information from three units for compiling the reports.
