EasyLink Access

EasyLink allows pupils and staff to do the following:

• Log onto their user area on the school network
• Access files stored in the shared folders on the school network
• Access the school Intranet

Please note that all access to EasyLink is logged and the service should not be used after 11:30pm as it will interfere with the nightly backup of the school servers.

Step 1 - Downloading and installing the security certificate:

• The first time you use EasyLink you will be asked to install a security certificate, this will allow you to access the Intranet securely and will speed up your access in future. You only need to do this once.
• Click HERE to download the Certificate, then OPEN and INSTALL it.

Step 2 - Logging onto the school network:

• Click HERE to log onto the school network, you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
  (Note that you may get a security warning.  Please ignore this as there are some issues with the certificate at the moment, possibly linked to Internet Explorer 7)

Step 3 - Accessing your user area and the shared areas:

• Click on the links on the EasyLink home page.  You may be prompted to enter your username and password again if you want to download files.

Step 4 - Accessing the KLB School Intranet:

• Select the Intranet button on the left-hand side of the main EasyLink home page.  This will take you to the Intranet home page.
