Over three days (21st - 23rd June) Year 7, Year 8 and Year 9 pupils took part in a wide range of activities, some based in school and some off-site.

• Water Sports at South Cerney:
  Over the three days, three different groups of Year 8 pupils are taken up to South Cerney Outdoor Education Centre by minibus.  They had a choice of two activities from the three available (Windsurfing, Kayaking and Dinghy Sailing).
  • Wednesday was quite a challenge due to high winds and the dinghy sailors did particularly well just to keep upright!  The kayakers had to find shelter on the far side of the lake and the windsurfers found they moved at a fair speed even without sails!
  • Thursday had slightly less wind although the sailors still had a tough time of it.
  • Friday was a much easier day, not enough wind really but fine sunny weather.
