Left KLB aged 16 in 1992 and now working in Norwich and
London as a TV presenter and journalist. That's me anyway
- but what I'm after is any amusing stories or comments
about the following people: Jonathan Davies; Paul Fell;
Tom Jerrold; Simon Mears; Tom Rowlands; John Taylor;
Andrew Webb; Tristan West. On my last day of school, I
took a tape recorder to school and recorded various
pupils and teachers of the day. I've now compiled a CD of
it and would like to send copies to some of the stars! If
Jon Cullum, Darren Wilson, Charlotte Matthews, Emma Reid,
Hannah Slayney, Ian Hannam and Louise Scriven are out
there - please get in touch! If you know where they are,
let me know. Cheers.

5th year: 1985; U6th : 1988. very informative website.
Many thanks to all those who laboured to set it up. The
excellence of KLB's reputation is a product of
hard-working students, teachers and support staff.
Remember KLB is a school and should publicise learning in
all walks of life. Regardless of what 'new' Labour says,
don't ever let any form of state education be beholden to
the short-term needs of business and profit. That would
betray the whole ethos that KLB says it has ever stood
for! On a more personal note, can I just thank the
efforts of all the teachers who taught me - in particular
Mrs B Knights; Mr P Griffin; Mr J Lloyd and Mrs Gower.
Regards to you all.

Well I left what seems like a very long time ago (1989 -

Ahh... yes... KLB. In truth I had a lot of fun there, but

Ex. pupil - left 1994. I was the fourth generation of my
family to attend KLB. I still miss the school now! Fond
memories include the friendly teachers, bunsen burner and
test tube fires, food fights in the first year pen and Mr
Law's thought-provoking assemblies. We would all go
silent when he entered the room! After KLB I did a degree
in History and got a 2.1. I am now a news reporter for
The Citizen. So any news...! PS - I was told I was to
receive a commendation for my hard work in the second
year and did not get it. I have the proof in my report!
Any chance of a belated one as I did not get one in all
my years there despite coming top in my exams!!!!
