Comments: Hello everyone - I left KLB's 6th Form in 1997 to
go to Southampton and read Business and Law - since then I worked for
a couple of years in two law firms (one in Durzle and one in
Cheltenham). Last year I decided to go back to Uni to do my
professional exams to qualify as a solicitor at UWE (I was on the
same course as Sally Jupp another old KLB'er). I passed and I am
now working in Cheltenham doing my training contract - I will be
qualified in April 2005 (hopefully). I have also moved to
Cheltenham now and live with Kevin Churchill (another old KLB'er!!)
If you're still there Mr Penman - I never did say thank you for your
help and support during the 7 years you taught me - you're the teacher
that I will never forget. Jo Gordon sends her best wishes too!! (yes,
we're still attached at the hip!!)

the past 14 months I've been working at the BRI hospital, Bristol. In

on to Stroud College and got myself a GNVQ in Leisure and Tourism, and
am now working at Stratford Park Leisure Centre in Stroud as a Fitness

Comments: Hiya peeps! I just wanted to say was well done to
everyone who did there GCSE art this week, everyone did great. I'm in
year 11 and we're all leaving on Friday which is scary. I'll be back
to see you all in the autumn term so you can't get rid of me that
easily, but unfortunately I'm of to collage so this is the last week
ever having lesson with all you lovely teachers (umm...). Good luck to

Comments: HI EVERYONE!!! Just thought
I'd drop a quick note to those at KLB to let you know how much I miss
it! HONESTLY!! You won't realise until you leave... After spending 7
years at that school, you get an attachment to it that you are unaware
of until it's time for you to go. I am in the States at the moment for
the summer doing Camp America!
It's so much fun!! And when I return I'm going to university to do media and
performance arts. I wish I could come back to KLB though.. Life was so
easy back then!!

coursework!) and came upon this, well I must say it's very
professional!! I left KLB in the summer of 2001 after 7 years!!! I'd
like to say thanks to all the teachers who helped me through (you
know who you are!), you don't really think to say thanks at the
time! Especially Mrs Carter who had the pleasure(?) of being my maths
teacher for all 7 of those years! Well it must have rubbed off as I'm
now in my second year of a mathematical sciences degree and the
University of Bath!! It's all
good but kinda wish I was still back at KLB, you don't miss it till
you leave!!!
