Comments: Hello there, I just wanted to say thanks to the school, some of my best years were in the sixth form. I made it to Brighton Uni, and I couldn't have done that without the support of Miss Sharpe, Mr Pegg, Miss Khan and various others.

Comments: Hi to everyone that went to China this year. You guys made my trip unforgettable. Unlucky with the Mandarin competition in Nottingham, your performance was great and deserved something at least. Anyway, if I don't see any of you ever again, then good luck with your Mandarin GCSE and all other GCSE's for that matter. KLB rules!!!

Where are you from?: Wickwar, now Eastleigh

Comments: Greetings from the South! Left KLB is mid 80's, God knows when, I can't remember much these days. I do remember my year joined the same year as Mr Law started. My claim to fame is getting lost with him on our first day looking for Mr Lee's class, (see I am that old!) I have 2 children, both happy, healthy and intelligent, Living proof that Darwin was wrong. Chances are they won't end up going to KLB, a bit too far for the school run. Shame really.

Where are you from? Wotton under Edge

Comments: Left KLB in 1991. Then spent two years at Stroud School of Art. Then proceeded to sample the delights of South Wales for three years obtaining my BA Hons in Graphic Arts. Years later and several failed attempts at freelance illustration, I have become actively involved in Hospitality & Catering. Now the the proud owner of 24 bedroomed Hotel in Lincolnshire, married to a northern lass and we are expecting our first child. (There is available good concession rates for all of you that studied under the remit of R. All of you who were tagged with N or X, I guess you are what they deem as "chavs" now.) Still would be nice to catch up. Funny how life turns out. I have fond memories of my time spent at KLB. The science block evacuation due to phosphorus being spilt was a particular joy to watch. So long and I hope you to have managed to leave the dull lights of "otton". Regards Jay (JABBA)

Comments: I am the greenkeeper at the Wotton Bowls Club and through an article in the Gazette I recently discovered your extremely impressive weather page. The range of information, speed of update and clarity of presentation are first class. My main use of your information is the record of rainfall in Wotton. In order to apply the correct amount of irrigation to a bowling green you need to know the amount of water leaving by evaporation and the amount of water arriving by rainfall. Any imbalance can then be corrected by irrigation. Your weather station now supplies the information on rainfall but I still need a value for evaporation. Perhaps this might be a suitable problem that would interest and challenge your students.
