At the end of each year a representative group of teachers from all partner schools meet to discuss the outcomes of the current year and to plan activities for the following year.

The venue for the annual conference changes each year and rotates between the partner countries.

Staff feel it is important to meet in each other's schools since Comenius is not only about interaction between pupils but also a valuable platform for teachers to observe first hand the cultural differences in other European schools.
