KS3 ICT work - Serif Photoplus

The final stage of the Y9 project has been combining the rendered images with a background and text to produce an advertisement, using Serif PhotoPlus.

The stages involved were as follows:

• A background was selected and loaded
• The camera/mobile image was copied and pasted as a new layer
• The camera/mobile background was selected using the 'magic wand' selection tool and then deleted
• The camera/mobile was resized, rotated and positioned
• New layers were created so that graphics could be added and positioned
• Text was added as separate layers
• Digital filters and other effects such as drop-shadows and bevels were added
• The final images was exported as JPEG files
