Working at Frenchay hospital was an experience that not many people experience unless they go into the medical profession. If you are considering becoming a doctor or a nurse or anything then this is the work experience for you.

The best thing to do is to be prepared to do anything. There isn't much available to do so you are going to have to be prepared to try and ask for things to-do.

Even if you do not want to do the tasks you are assigned then you should as it will encourage them to entrust you with more difficult tasks and even allow you to do things your not meant to.

If you are going to be eating at the hospital then you are going to need quite a bit of money. After the first day you get a staff badge which means everything is suddenly cheaper but I advise that you at least bring a fiver.

The best clothes to wear are smart clothes like a shirt and trousers and shoes as it makes you look professional and you may be mistaken for a doctor which is fun!!
