bulletMade and tested circuit boards.

Daily Diary:

bulletMonday: Prepared and got out kit for circuit boards.
bulletTuesday: I went on the blakell fitting the components into the board.
bulletWednesday: I made heads for circuit board.
bulletThursday: I packaged circuit boards read to be taken to its desination.
bulletFriday: I went in the training room and solders components onto practice boards.

Location and Travel arrangements:

bulletI shared a car lift with family.

Particular skills or abilities needed:

bulletWriting skills, some mathematics also reading skills.

Health and Safety requirements:

bulletI had to wear steel toe cap shoes and a non-static band and a blue jacket (coat). 

Advice for anyone considering this as a work-experience placement:

bulletNothing really just to make sure to listen and to make sure you understand the activity but just to have loads of fun.

Advice for anyone considering this as a career:

bulletI would say Renishaws would be a brilliant job for someone who enjoys to sit and get on with there work.
