European Restart a Heart Day

September 24, 2018Andrew Harris

Every child a life saver

16 October marks ‘Restart a Heart Day’, one intense day when over 150,000 young people across the nation are trained in vital life saving skills. At KLB we will be holding a non uniform day to support the British Heart Foundation who have donated 35 resuscitation dummies for use in school. We will working with BHF to train all 250 students in Year 8 and all of Year 12 during the day and intend to train Year 7 this year and create an ongoing programme as part of Year 7 PSHE in the future.
